I left a software job to build this in the hills. I live on the property in Prini, my number is on every booking, and I plan most of these routes myself. That is the whole company — and it is why we do not sound like a call centre.
Questions we get asked
Is the package really all-inclusive?
Yes. Your price covers the round-trip Delhi–Manali Volvo, a deluxe valley-view stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and a private cab for all listed sightseeing. The price you see is the price you pay.
How much do I pay to confirm?
25% online to secure your dates. The balance is paid on arrival in Manali. You get instant confirmation with your full trip details.
Why does a group of 5 cost more per person than 6?
Groups of 2–4 travel in a 4-seater; groups of 5–6 move to a larger 6-seater. The bigger vehicle costs more, so the 5-person rate is slightly higher — at 6 people that cost spreads further and the rate drops again.
What about children?
Below 6 years: free — shares the parents’ bed, travels on lap, meals included. 6 years and above: full package price, with an own Volvo seat, meals and an extra mattress.
What if Rohtang Pass is closed?
Rohtang is subject to permits, weather and administrative closures. If it’s shut on your day, we arrange an alternate snow point around Solang or the Atal Tunnel so no day is wasted.
What is the cancellation policy?
30 or more days before check-in: full refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. 14 days or less: no refund. Date changes are subject to availability.
